Our standard rate for Bond cleaning starts at $600 for a basic job taking 6 hours for a standard 3 bedroom house as outlined below. Any extras as listed can be added at an extra cost. All prices quoted are only estimates & actual price depends on the cleanliness of the property at the time of cleaning. Heavy soiled items will incur additional charges. Any extra cleaning needed outside the standard 6 hours as listed is charged FROM $60 per hour.
