So I went there and http://www.translationgold.com/faq.php

Not Found
The requested URL /faq.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So I went to http://www.askjonleger.com and am currently figuring how to sumbit a ticket.
